Our team members have a combined experience of 37 years, during which they have structured some of the most complicated deals which include, among other things, company formation and share issuances, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, business restructurings, commercial contracts, and related regulatory matters.

Maame Dadson

Maame received her Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B Hons. Degree) from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1999 and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2001.

Koteitsoo Ashie-Kotei

Koteitsoo was called to the bar in 2022 after completing the post-call programme at the Ghana School of Law. She completed her LLB at the University of Salford and pursued the LPC LLM specialising in business and law at the University of Law in Manchester.

Kwabena Asante-Offei

Kwabena received his Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B Hons. Degree) from the University of Ghana, Legon and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2014.
